Sheddingdean Community Primary School in Burgess Hill, West Sussex is looking for an inspirational leader to complement our existing Headteacher. We need an individual with the drive and determination to embed our recent ‘Good’ judgement. To co-lead our school, you will need to be a passionate, engaging communicator with a proven track record as a head, a deputy or be in a senior strategic role where you can evidence your impact. 

We are a small, friendly school situated in the beautiful Sussex Downs. The committed, motivated team of staff and governors work with the supportive parent body to develop and nurture our diverse group of wonderful children. Our aim is to be a school of excellence and happiness at the heart of the community.
